It was worth its 4 stars. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. Services included free WiFi. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
Shame the bathroom was wet.

An excellent base for exploring Sihanoukville. We had a double room, and we loved it.
The street itself was noisy.
